Pergola 1600RCS
Its inclined shape (inclination of 4% to 12%) allows rainwater to flow towards the rain gutter when the fabric is stretched. The product can be assembled against a wall or as a freestanding structure with rear pillars.
Different from other pergola solutions, ROYAL AWNING, which uses extra fabric insulation wick, is one step ahead of its competitors on this field.
With the material made of cast aluminium attached to the lower part of the pillar profile, both the connection of the profile to the ground and the evacuation of water are ensured.

We took on various tasks, including replacing the pergola’s retractable roof, upgrading the automatic door motorization, and adding lithium-ion batteries that work seamlessly with the fire system. We maintained and restored over 500 aluminum doors from Triallco, P.4, and Schuco, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Rail Profile
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium. The rail profile can be opened up to 8 meters without any additional pillars. There are cylindrical ducts on the rail. This way, water and air passage between the awning and the fabric is prevented. The awning is insulated with the wick inside.
Pillar profile
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium. It carries out the rain water draining. This profile is mounted at the bottom of the rain gutter and thus rainwater is easily drained. The pillar profile is located at the side of the pergola. It keeps the pergola standing.
Rain Gutter
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium. With this profile, rainwater is drained through a channel opened on the rain gutter. This gutter is also a section that adds durability to the awning.
Big Fabric Profile
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium. The support inside the profile provides a wider side length of the awning.
Small fabric Profile
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium.
The support inside the profile provides a wider side length of the awning. It allows passage up to (400 cm)
without using additional columns.
Drainage
Its raw material is extrusion profile T56063 aluminium. It carries out the rain water draining. This profile is mounted at the bottom of the rain gutter and thus rainwater is easily drained. The pillar profile is located at the side of the pergola. It keeps the pergola standing.
